Where do your food supplements come from?
At Pure Lab Nutrition, French know-how is in the spotlight! Consequently, our supplements are designed and manufactured in France, in several laboratories located in the south of France. They rigorously respect French standards and the strictest safety standards.
Are your supplements vegan?
All our food supplements are 100% vegan, except marine collagen!
What is the expiration date of your supplements?
The expiration date of our products is systematically greater than 1 year . You will of course find it on each of our supplements, right next to the batch number which guarantees complete traceability.
How long can I keep your products after opening?
As long as they are stored at room temperature, in a dry place and protected from light, our supplements can be kept until the Best Before Date (BBD) indicated on the bottle (if applicable, please follow the directions on the label).
I'm going to start my treatment. Advices ?
Here are some important tips to follow when starting your treatment.
- Supplements do not replace a healthy and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Follow the instructions for use (dosage, duration of treatment) and the precautions for use. If in doubt, always seek advice from a healthcare professional.
- Take your supplements regularly, at a set time every day.
- Do not combine supplements with the same function: in nutrition, too much is the enemy of good!
- Be patient and listen to your body.
How can I be sure of the quality of your products?
To guarantee the quality and effectiveness of our products, we rigorously choose the most efficient active ingredients in terms of concentration, assimilation and purity. We also favor patented or labeled shapes. In addition, our supplements are manufactured in France in laboratories respecting good manufacturing practices (GMP), excluding any controversial substances from their composition.
I have difficulty swallowing capsules. Can I open them?
Yes. You can open the capsules and pour their contents into a glass of water or into the drink of your choice (juice, smoothie, etc.).
Orders and Payments
How can I pay for my order?
Payment on our store is 100% secure with Mollie and PayPal. Thanks to these two payment interfaces, we accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CB and American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay.
I have a discount code. How to use it ?
To use your code, simply add it in the “Discount Code” field when entering your delivery address.
I forgot to enter my discount code. How to do ?
The discount code is taken into account upon validation of your order. Once this has been passed and validated, we unfortunately no longer have the possibility of making it available to you.
If I order several units of the same product, can I benefit from a discount?
Quite ! We offer advantageous pricing when you order several units of the same product: -5% for 2 units and -10% for 3 units or more (the discount applies automatically).
Can I use multiple discount codes?
No, you can only benefit from one discount code per order.
I made a mistake when placing my order. Can I modify it?
Once your order has been placed, it goes directly into our preparation and shipping process. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to modify or cancel your order directly on our site. However, if you realize an error after placing your order, we invite you to contact us immediately by email or via our contact form on our website.
Our customer service team will do everything possible to help you and find a solution that suits your situation.
However, we cannot guarantee the modification of the order because it depends on the stage of preparation and shipping of the order. Thank you for your understanding.
Where can I find my invoice?
As soon as your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email containing your invoice as an attachment. Your invoice is also available in your account in the “Orders” section.
I would like to return products. How to do ?
No worries! You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to return items to us.
Send us an email to contact@purelabnutrition.com and we will tell you what to do. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please note: food supplements can deteriorate once opened, we will only accept those that have not been unsealed, for obvious reasons of hygiene and health protection.
Delivery
How soon will my order be shipped?
Once your order has been registered, it is prepared and shipped by our Toulouse logistics center within 1 to 2 working day(s).
There is no shipping of orders on weekends and holidays.
What are the delivery times and costs?
Here are the different delivery methods available, delivery times and associated prices for Metropolitan France and Monaco:
Mondial Relay: €3.50
Delivery to a Relay Point in 3 to 4 working days – free from 50€ of purchase.
Colissimo: €4.90 (carbon neutral delivery method)
Home delivery in 2 working days without signature – free from 90€ purchase.
DPD 24h-48h: €6.90
Delivery within 1 to 2 working day(s) to your home against signature – free from 150€ purchase.

The delivery times announced do not take into account order preparation time, weekends and public holidays and are given for information purposes only.
These are the delivery times usually observed; they are therefore not guaranteed. Shipping costs are updated before making payment. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
Do you ship internationally?
We provide international shipments to the following destinations:
Italy
Chronopost home delivery (2 to 3 working days) at €6.50 – free from €90.
Germany
DPD home delivery (2 working days) at €6.50 – free from €90.
Spain
Delivery to Mondial Relay Relay Point (3 to 4 working days) at €4.50 – free from €50 purchase; Chronopost home delivery (2 to 3 working days) at €6.50 – free from €90.
Swiss
Colissimo home delivery (2 to 3 working days) at €10.90.
Andorra
Chronopost home delivery (2 to 3 working days) at €9.90.
Portugal
Chronopost home delivery (2 to 3 working days) at €7.50.
United Kingdom
Chronopost home delivery (2 to 3 working days) at €7.50.
For international orders, you may be charged customs fees. If your order is destined for Overseas France, remember to select your region in the country field when you place your order.
How do I track the delivery of my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your package which will allow you to consult the delivery of your order. You can also find the tracking link directly from your customer account.
I made a mistake when entering my delivery address, what should I do?
If there is an error regarding the delivery address at the time of your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the change (provided that your order is not already prepared by our warehouse).
The tracking says my package is delivered but I haven't received anything.
Have you checked if a calling card has been left in your mailbox? Were you able to find out from your neighbors? Could someone else have collected your package for you? If no one is present to receive the delivery, our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbor or at the post office. A calling notice is not necessarily left in your mailbox. Do not hesitate to consult the parcel tracking (link present in the email confirming the shipment) in order to know the delivery status.

Do I need to create an account to place my order?
No, it is not mandatory. However, this allows you to view your order history and save your contact details.

How to create an account?
You can create your account quickly. All you need to do is enter your email address and password.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
No worries ! Simply click on Forgot your password? on your account login page. You will receive an email to reset your password.
My email address is not recognized even though I have already placed an order. How do I access my account?
Even if you have already ordered on our site, it is necessary to activate your account by creating a password. You can click “ create account ” and follow the steps shown. It is also by creating an account that you can follow, modify or cancel your subscription, if you have chosen to subscribe to a product.
