For Multi Magnesium, it is best to space out the Magnesium intakes:
1 capsule in the morning, 1 capsule at noon, 1 capsule in the evening, just after the meal for example. You can also consume the 3 capsules at once in the morning, or in the evening (before or after your meal, spaced at least 40 minutes apart).

For Creatine, taking it during meals or between 30 and 90 minutes before or after training is preferable. Our Creatine can be taken either as a cure during the most intense training phases, or year-round for very regular athletes.

For Spirulina, we recommend a gradual intake: take 1 tablet per day for 2 to 3 days then take 1 additional tablet every 2-3 days until reaching 4 to 10 tablets per day, depending on your needs (4 to 6 tablets for healthy adults, 6 to 8 for pregnant women and 8 to 10 for athletes).

Since spirulina is rich in minerals, it is also advisable to drink plenty of water when supplementing to avoid digestive problems. Be sure to leave a 6-hour gap between taking Vitamin B12 and Organic Spirulina to optimize assimilation.
